Hockey Jock

Choosing the right jock is important (especially if you are a goalie).  There are lots of different styles of jocks to accommodate personal preference. Everyone moves on the ice differently, and a player's age, height, shape, playing style or brand preference will determine which jock is best for them. Players can choose between loose shorts, fitted shorts, or leggings, and there is no wrong choice, as it's simply a personal preference.  Which ever way you go, you should ensure the jock is as comfortable and versatile as possible.
